Bajo, Relieve (Low, Relief)

2022, 2024

Bajo, Relieve (Low, Relief) is a series of sound installations conceived as non-visual interventions within exhibition spaces, adapting to the form of its host architecture. The pieces use audible and inaudible recordings of seismic activity, captured in the aftermath of the 2021 La Palma volcanic events, to induce physical movement in architectural elements.

These works result from residency in 2022 in La Palma, Spain, supported by TEA Tenerife Espacio de las Artes.
